The Bel Air Ranch Estates Community Association is a bunch of neighbors who work together to maintain our property values, safety, create a sense of community, and keep Bel Air Ranch Estates an awesome place to live.
Here are some of the things we can do to make this happen:
- Maintain the entry area, including our horse statue “Pride,” the lighting, electricity service and the cornerstone
- Represent the neighborhood in governmental matters, such as public safety, traffic issues and zoning concerns
- Organize security patrols to keep our neighborhood safe
- Rent roll-offs periodically to help with our bulk waste needs
- Organize community activities to connect neighbors with each other and have fun in the process
- Organize communications to keep our residents informed such as this website and our periodic newsletter
Since dues are voluntary, how much we can achieve is largely based on what we can afford, which in turn is based on how many dues-paying members we have enrolled. Right now, we don’t have enough funds from dues to do everything we listed above — we need more members.
If you’re not a dues-paying member, please consider joining. See our Dues page for instructions on how to pay.
Also, we’re interested in knowing whether we are trying to do too much or too little, or whether we’re focusing on the right things. Please feel free to Contact Us with your opinion.
